Dealership Wants To Re Do Credit And Contract

I purchased a vehicle 2-3 months ago. The usual was done credit check, paperwork, etc. About two weeks later they called saying paperwork missed signature, so had to drive hours back to sign it. Then couple days later they said something went wrong and needed another signature, sending it through electronically this time. Calling to the bank two weeks later to make a payment they said there is no account. About another week calling the bank again, they said the numbers weren’t adding up so they sent the paperwork back to the dealership. The dealership about 4 days later called and said they had to re do all the paperwork again , re do the numbers and re do credit since all the paperwork before is invalid, wanting me to go back and sign a whole new contract. At this point it doesn’t seem worth the hassle , is it possible I can just take the vehicle back since there isn’t a legal contract and tell them I no longer want the vehicle without the dealership coming at me for any legal problems?
