i work at a smoke shop, and a cuban lady just came in looking to buy a small pipe. i like talking to people so we got to talking, and she told me her bf threw her old pipe at the wall and that's why she left the apartment. she said she didn't want to go back for now, and that she'd go get her nails done and smoke in her car. she said she's tired of him, he's 28 and she's 15 years older than him. she used to live in Miami and she moved here when she dumped him last, and when she got the restraining order because he beat her. and he FOLLOWED HER and begged her to take him back, and she did. she literally just showed me her black eye covered with makeup, a busted lip and a bruise and a scratch on her face.

my question is, I have her number. what resources can I send her? will she get in trouble for letting him move in with her? i asked her if he was on the lease for the apartment and she said no. can she just lie and say he forced her to let him move in, if it comes up?
