Custody Question (idaho)

Location: Idaho Ok so I will try to keep this medium length but my ex husband (m40) and I (f38) have 50/50 custody so week on week off and on Tuesdays she visits the other parent for a few hours during our off week. A little backstory he has a problem with alcohol (3 DUI’s)and I have taken him to court over several questionable choices he has made while drunk and in the presence of our child who is 8. But the judge doesn’t seem to find any of the actions concerning enough to supervise custody. Fast forward to this week! She is home with me and Tuesday would be his visitation day and he should have picked her up from school at 3pm he didn’t show. I kept her and she was very worried about her dad too the point she was crying she text her dad multiple times I text and she called multiple times no one could get a hold of him. Including his gf and son (We live in a small town) so I said we could drive by to see if he is ok. No answer but his cars are there. We go home and grab my husband because my ex has a history of dv with me and an alcohol problem, I didn’t want my daughter going in alone. They went up knocked and my daughter opened the door and went in. I was standing a ways back from the front door. My daughter and my husband found her father passed out on the couch bottles of beer all over the place and an empty box of twisted tea on the floor. He was completly incoherent said something about his friends coming over the night before and passed back out. So we took my daughter and went home she was visibly upset the rest of the evening and worried for her father. He never text about missing his Tuesday or called her back or anything. He recently lost his job due to another alcohol incident where he was hammered and in the middle of no where camping and fell into a fire in front of our child and he suffered 4th degree burns but everyone was too drunk to take him to hospital so he was life flighted to a burn center the next day and I had our daughter for a month and a half while he was there. Anyways my question is? I think he is spiraling out of control my daughter is terrified to be with him she’s so afraid he is going to get hurt and she can’t do anything etc? What do I do ? Idaho doesn’t have temporary emergency custody so I have no idea what options I have here to protect her?
