Cop Pulled Me Over For Tint In Georgia. 17%
I got pulled over in Georgia for window tint, the cop passed me turned around and waited until I was done at the drive thru to pull me over for it. I have a medical condition to have darker tint and didn’t know I needed a note to carry in my car I tried to explain this to him but he didn’t care. My intentions were to make it to court and show the judge the note my doctor wrote me but i realized court was TODAY!! I’m debating on what to do because upon looking at the ticket today I realized he has a number in my license incorrect, a number on my address incorrect and also my eye color. When I got pulled over I lived in FL and had FL license and registration whole reason I was driving through Georgia was due to relocating! I now have a different state License as well as registration! I guess I’m wondering if they will still be able to do anything if I don’t have the previous state of FL license and it not being correct on the ticket! Location: Georgia
