Controlling Ex Thinks He Owns The Street. And City Block.

I am going through a very messy divorce. My ex has made it as hard as humanly possible for me to move. My friends & I are helping me move in a week or so, and the person I am currently dating is planning on helping as well.
I am a tenant here until May 31. My ex - who pays the same rent as I - said my boyfriend is “not allowed on the property” but there is no legal standing as far as I can tell. The landlord doesn’t know who he is at all. He has done nothing to my ex, nor anyone else. My ex is jealous. Doesn’t want him around.
To keep things somewhat civil (impossible for him) - I offered to keep my bf on the public street only, just helping load the vehicles. My ex said - and I quote - “If he even shows up on the street, he’s getting decked.” He also said he will “Have the cops waiting” but for what I’m not sure, as he will remain on the public street. He even went as far as to say “I don’t want him anywhere in the vicinity.” I’m not sure if he thinks he controls the city or something.
My question is - How should we proceed? And we are correct in that he has no legal standing here correct?
