Can My Significant Other Force The Sale Of Our Home If We Have An Underage Child?

We have been together for 21 years in the state of Florida. I am 45(f) and he is 44(m) with a 15 year old daughter and a 21 year old son residing together. There is a solid chance that my mother (70) will be moving in with us this year. I am considering asking him to leave. He and I both own the home and I am curious if he could force the sale of the home if he leaves. Or would that only be possible once our daughter turns 18? I don’t have the means to finance the home on my own in order to buy him out. However, that may be a possibility in a couple of years time.
