Can My Roommate Report Me For Harassment For Sending Her A Few Messages?

My (21) roommate (22) has broken several of my things by being careless, and I sent her a few messages asking her to be more careful with my things. She came home with her mom and she told me “I do not want you to speak to me or send me a message ever again,if you do I’m calling the police” her and her mom screamed at me and backed me into a corner and I have it recorded.

Can she do that? It wasn’t even harassment, it was asking her to stop breaking my things pretty much. And we live together, how are we supposed to just not talk?
