Can My Family Member Sue Me For Disclosing Child Abuse They Did To Me When I Was A Child?

I’m sorry but I don’t know what tags to put for this because it’s a lot. Anyways, I recently told an aunt about a family member’s abuse when I was little and now I’m afraid that if she were to tell that family member, then that person will try to sue me for defamation of character/slander/libel. I have no physical proof it ever happened (just memories, nightmares, and bad mental health issues). I live in Texas if that helps anything and I don’t remember what year the abuse happened but I think I was about 5 and I’m 32 now. Also, Is it possible for me to get a restraining order? I no longer live with or talk to that family member anymore (for more than 5 years now) but he has sent me friend requests and letters in the past after I told him that I never want to talk to him again and he even parked in front of my cousin’s apartment one time when he knew I would be visiting her and watched me walk in. He’s even sent my mom and grandmother friend requests when he knows they hate him and don’t ever want to talk to him. He shows up several times in my “blocked” list on Facebook and Instagram. I didn’t save the physical letters he sent me because they make me sick just holding on to them. So do you think the blocked lists and pictures of his friend requests would be enough to get him for stalking or at least harassment? Sorry for the long post. Any help is greatly appreciated. My anxiety is through the roof.
