Can A Landlord Require Professional Cleaning In The Lease Prior To Vacating If It Wasn't Professionally Cleaned Upon Move In? Long Beach, Ca

My landlord pointed to a part in the lease that indicates I must get my unit "professionally cleaned with a receipt" upon vacating. I have in writing that she did not get it professionally cleaned prior to me moving in (the former tenant cleaned himself, and she did some more sanitation). She doubled down on me getting the unit professionally cleaned.

I am only renting a room/bathroom and am not responsible for the whole apartment. My space is maybe 200 sq ft at the most, yet move out cleaners charge $200-300 in my area.

Is this legal?
