Brother Trying To Marry Filipino Woman 30+ Years Younger, To Exploit Her In The Us

My brother is insane. He was locked in mental hospitals more than 10 times. Hears voices. Paranoid. Narcissistic personality disorder. His mental health has gotten WORSE over the years. He's also got a history of undocumented child abuse that he kept hidden from the rest of our family. I feel terrible for my nieces and nephews. They're all grown up and have left him to rot. Problem is: he's got money. Lots of money.

He's been married several times. He married another Filipino woman 12 years ago, and that marriage was BAD. They're divorced.

There's a woman in a poor part of the Philippines. He's known her for years. He's groomed her since at least 2018. They want to get married. When they met, I think he was 55 and she was 20. I don't know his exact intentions, but he probably wants to bring this woman to the United States so he can abuse her as a wife. It seems like this woman "loves" him. His previous two wives said the same thing until they escaped from him.

He might be using money as an incentive to lure this 3rd girl. But she won't listen to our side. He's the only member of our family who accepts this situation. Neither of them will talk to our family anymore. She's young and stupid, what do I do?!

I spoke with this young lady. I told her about the dangers, but she said that I was an idiot. It's true I'm an idiot, but I'm not a fool who's trying to get in bed with a much younger woman. How do I alert the world that my brother is completely crazy and needs to back off?

I don't know who to contact. Immigration services? I'll try just about anything to keep this poor young lady away from this barbarian. (within the law) We've got to do something.
