Broken Clutch At 330 Miles On Motorcycle, Dealer Refusing To Honor Warranty.

So I recently purchased a motorcycle, less than a month ago, and while driving on the highway the bike stopped and was no longer able to accelerate. I had only put 330 miles on the bike, and have been driving completely normally. I took it to the dealership and they are saying it’s my fault and that I abused the clutch. The warranty is for one full year. I have not been abusing the clutch and have not been doing any burnouts or wheelies that would cause excessive wear. The clutch is clearly failing because of improper installment. The dealership is trying to charge $900 to replace the entire clutch, but this should be covered under warranty. I am not paying the $900 for their fault. I don’t know how to proceed with this. Can anyone help?
