I need your help

Baby is 7 months old I started this job early March. I am a glorified receptionist with a fancy title. My problem is that this company refuses to give me a non public place to pump (such as my desk directly in front of the front door). I was told either the conference room or training room and they are almost always occupied and not available for me to use. I also share this space with a male coworker. It's very awkward.

My workplace works with the mentally disabled. Today I was tasked with taking a male client (whom has no filter) to an appointment at the beginning of my pump session and was given no choice but to take him and i also continued my pump session due to already low supply. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I have brought the paperwork about the pump act and various other supporting documentation to not only my branch manager but to the corporate office as well. Nothing has changed/or is getting better. What's my next steps? I'm losing supply due to the stress and I really don't want to continue having to supplement.
