Bought A Home, Home Inspector "believes He Mixed Up The Addresses" On The Wdo. I'm Having To Tent My House.

Ill try and keep it short.
I live in FL, just bought my first home. Home inspection report came back with a WDO (wood destroying organism) report that was negative. Showed all the places he went in the home and according to the document he signed.
I purchase the home and then start looking into buying a basic pest control package for roaches, ants, ect. They come to me saying, hey you def have signs of termites you need your house tented. I think to myself, maybe they're just trying to get money out of me. But i did see the frass from termites they were talking about (pretty prevalent and noticeable), and hes like im in awe that they missed this.
I get another company out for a second opinion, same thing. You have termites, you need it tented.
At this point I reach out the the inspection company, trying to get some information. They send me an email stating:
"had an opportunity to look over the report and speak with blank.
Unfortunately it was accidentally left off the report. When they were on the phone going over and writing up WDOs blank believes he mixed up the addresses, so when blank asked about a house, he was thinking about the prior inspection. For the mishap, we can have a licensed pest control company treat the property."
Pretty pissed, as it already took me almost 2 weeks to get that email reply. I reach out to Terminix to get the house tented because tenting is almost a month out, and i needed to do renovations quick. I finance a tenting and wrap it into Terminix's package deal. ($4900).
2 More weeks go by with me trying to reach out to the inspection company. Finally get on the phone with the president. "I told you I was going to take care of it, I dont believe there are drywood termites in the home and im getting a pest control company to get their opinion on the matter".
Another week goes by, finally their 3rd party pest company comes out and also confirms termites (subs and drywood). Still no contact with the company nothing. I told them i would file a complaint with the DBPR if i dont get some answers. They called back, in short "i told you Id take care of it".
Fed up, I write and file a formal complaint to the DBPR. Low and behold he wont return my calls.
Do I possibly have something here, I mean I do have the WDO report with signature stating no termites whatsoever in or around the residence. I have a email from the President stating he messed up the report. As well as reports from both pest companies stating that there is 100% termites in the home.
I was thinking of getting an attorney to settle this, by having my initial inspection fee waved $575. The tenting paid for $4900, and a pest control to treat the property as he said he would.
