Bed Bug Infestation

I moved into an apartment last week on a one year lease. I was in a hurry for a place and the one to tour was great. The day we signed they took us to our actual one and it wasn’t perfect but we thought we could clean it up.

The dryer is broken, dishwasher is broken, and the building has a bed bug infestation. Neighbor said she saw one two weeks before we moved in but didn’t report it. I don’t believe she was the source as the unit below is horrendous and got evicted/ threw out all their mattresses. I literally don’t know what to do I have cleaned for the last day and have seen a couple coming from the vents so only a matter of time before everything is infested.

Is there any legal action I can take to break my lease due to this place literally being uninhabitable without being fucked financially as I’m probably going to have to dump everything I own. Am active duty in state of Maryland if that does any difference to my current situation.
