Aunt Can't Sell Her Home Due To Hoarding Adult Child

Card image cap

My aunt (70) wants to move and sell the home/property she currently lives in. Her daughter (50) is a hoarder who is supposed to be living in a 5th wheel trailer on the property. She quickly hoarded that and has been living on my aunts couch now for 5 years. The hoarding is inside the home and outside on the rest of the property. My aunt wants the property to look nice when she lists it but her daughter is refusing to do anything about her stuff.

My aunt has gotten a dumpster on the property multiple times in an attempt to clean it but her daughter will go in it at night and start throwing everything back out of it. Her daughter pays no bills or rent. She has hoarded the house to the point where mice are everywhere and any time my aunt puts something out (poison or traps) her daughter picks it all up and it gets lost amongst her hoard. She is very verbally abusive and has gotten physically abusive before in the past with my aunt.

What can my aunt to do get her property cleaned and eliminate the hoard? Can she throw all of this stuff away thats inside and outside her home since it is her property?
