Anesthesia Messed Up Now Doctor Is Making Things Up And Taking Extra Precautions

Question: needs the story I think.

So back in December I had sinus surgery. That part went well except was vomiting blood. Turned out anesthesia had hooked scratched the roof of my mouth, hooked my uvula and severly elongated it to the point I could put it between my front teeth.

So was given prednisone and antibiotics 14 day batch twice and never went back to normal.

The procedure to do this was 3k dollars however my ent who did the surgery and I am seeing for this kept saying, "oh surgery went fine it must have always been like that you probably never noticed"

There has been a ton of back and forth but for the last 6 months I haven't been able to sleep through the night and have been snoring my self awake due to this.

Finally tried to put my foot down and he said he would do it but it took so long because he was worried about the throat swelling, which doesn't exist (I have mcas but did not experience throat swelling). So now what should be a 20 minute in office appointment is to be a general anesthesia operation at a hospital...

The question

Do I actually get a lawyer involved at this point?

I thought there wasn't any point due to it being anasthesthia and you would need to have a recording of them being drunk and having a house party in the surgical room to hold them accountable but now with the doctor just making things up I do not know but dear God I want to get this fixed
