Advice On A Case I’m Apart Of
Hello I came today to get advice on family court matter, the case involves my girlfriend being brought to court by her ex, for some context I’m dating someone with kids and we moved in together recently and her and the father made a verbal agreement on time both of them get (should’ve been done on paper we know) but recently she was served with papers from family court by her ex and now we’re getting everything we can prepared to get through this. On the case papers I am mentioned and involved now in said case. There’s allegations of me at my old workplace where her ex would go and shop and honestly just look for me to intimidate me but it talks about two instances that involved me working there that had never happened and I was able to leave that job on my own terms because I found a better paying job, there was never an issue I’ve caused at workplace and it was never an issue leaving that workplace, then without issue I went through the process of starting that job with background checks and everything and am still working there to this day because said accusations are false. So to my plead for help I ask how am I able to prove these things never happened in family court, I’ve had 3 background checks done on me in the past year and a half and most recent being when we moved in less than a month ago and all 3 had nothing on them and to be completely honest if there’s anything that will show up on my record it would be the marijuana charge from 2019 that has been sealed at the time places starting opening during Covid, from what I know only authorized personnel can see that in my records. What can I do to prove this? I want to believe I can just talk to my old store manager or a district manager on anything records in the store but I hear that won’t hold up.
