A Patient From 2 Years Ago Is Claiming I Sexualized Her

For context I am a male nurse (Florida) I worked at a surgical center for 2 years and I had a patient from 2 years ago just now post that they’re going for legal counsel because I “sexualized her and who knows how many other women” because I was in the room with her while she changed post op even though I am a gay man (bf of 7 years) and after surgery I have to help every patient dress so they don’t fall over as it’s part of my job as a recovery nurse enforcing safety post anesthesia and it is policy. If the patient states feeling uncomfortable of course I ask if they’d prefer a female nurse (I have done this and switched patients multiple times) but she didn’t say anything to me (despite posting she did) so I helped her and now my old coworkers are messaging me about it (they know I’m gay it’s not a secret) and I just started a new job and I am very upset about this affecting it and what this may do to my reputation as a nurse and my license if she does seek legal counsel (she said she is in the post). Can I sue for defamation or at least get a cease and desist? What should I do?
