20, Question About Mentally Ill Family Member Threatening To Lie To Police

A family member strangled me and I called the police, pressed charges and they've been arrested. The only other witness, my mother (the extremely mentally ill person in question), told the truth to the officers regarding the situation. She struggles with extreme BPD. Understandably mad at me for sending a family member away, she is threatening to lie to law enforcement in order to "get back" at me and "save" this family member. I have her recorded going into detail about what she'd say and openly admitting that she would lie to an officer in order to get what she wants. There's a fear in the back of my mind of something happen, but I'm pretty confident I'm safe? I guess I'm looking for some general advice regarding this situation. If someone is knowledgeable enough, I'd like to know about certain laws in context to threatening to lie/lieing to officers. She hasn't done anything, so there's a massive difference between openly threatening and enacting. In case it helps, I'm in Oregon. Thank you
