[us]i Own A Gym Franchise In My City We Use Digital Signature Pads For All Our Contracts.
We use digital signature pads at the entryway kiosk. Noone has ever asked to read the contract or for a copy. So far I have gotten over 100 patrons to, sign over their souls, all assets, agree to drug experimentation, and an NDA. Am I going to run into any legal hurdles when I go to collect? Before this I used a 50 page contract with complex legal wording and these clauses tucked away around the back. It was still fairly foolproof as hardly anyone even looked at it. We do have people who recruit others to come in and sign, we want up and commers, or wealthy folks usually.
