"not Responsible For Lawn Damage" Include Septic System?

I had a Tree company come out to remove several trees in my yard, including a very large one, and it cost a little over $6.5k. My problem is that they caused thousands of dollars in damage. They damaged my porch roof, my fence, driveway, my yard, and crushed many of my septic pipes. I complained about my roof and fence, mentioned my yard and driveway, but received no response from them at all. My contract does state that they are not responsible for lawn and driveway damage so I understand I cannot do anything about the holes and ruts in my yard and driveway, but what about my septic? Would a ruined septic system be included in the "not responsible for lawn damage? I already repaired the porch roof and fence but am waiting on the health I spector to come out and direct me on how to go about the septic issues. Do I take the necessary steps to hold them accountable for at least the septic system? I just don't want to waste more money trying to do so if it's not reasonable. Thanks
