[ky] Legal Risks Of Naming Individuals In Tenant Review Blog?

A few years ago, amidst the mass eviction crisis in 2020, I helped create a blog called the Lexington Tenant Review. Its purpose was to provide a platform for residents of Lexington, KY to anonymously review local landlords. We receive these reviews through blog submissions, format them, and then post them to the website.
We've never sought out legal counsel regarding the legality of this due to...lack of funds, lol. Instead, we put together some basic community guidelines for the blog.
Recently, we received an email from an owner/property manager of a rental company who was named in a review on the blog. She is threatening to seek legal counsel if we do not remove her name and the associated review.
Now, I'm wondering what steps we should take. Are we putting ourselves at risk or opening ourselves up to a lawsuit if we leave the review up? What legal protections do we have in this situation?
