(il) Owner Of Restaurant Is Keeping Our Tip Out Money For Bussers

Hey guys! I started working at a restaurant a little bit ago. At the end of the day we tip out the bussers and EXPO. Today I found out that the money does not go to them and the owner is keeping the money for himself. The issue is, this money is all cash so there’s no paper trail. I don’t have proof that he is doing this but it’s pretty clear since the people who are suppose to get that money, are not. When I asked my manger about this, she said “I don’t know what happens to the money, I just put it in his office (owners) office at the end of the day. She did however tell my co worker who’s worked there for a while that he pockets it. Any advice on how to go about this? Thank you in advance!
