Lorraine Jacqueline Mable Price (Fletcher) was born on January 2, 1926 in Penticton, B.C. and was just one day from being a contender for the New Year's baby of 1926. The eldest of four children born to Jack and Mabel Fletcher, Lorraine was followed into this world by her sister Irene and brothers Dennis (dec.) and Alfred ("Alfie") (dec.).

Lorraine was predeceased by her loving husband of over 69 years, Eric, in 2015. Left to remember their strong-willed mother are Brian (Linda) Price of Barhead, Alberta; Sharon (Tom (dec.)) Hamilton of Westbank; Gregg (Jeanette) Price of North Vancouver; Carol (Peter) McDonald of Princeton; and Cheryl (Dave) Miller of Lumby. Saddened but with lots of great memories of their special Nana are Lorraine's 12 grandchildren: Jason (Anna), Lisa (Justin), Justin (Paul), Lindsay (Adam), Travis (Maria), Allison (Marty), Erin (Riccardo), Dawn (Chris), Jordan, Jared (Sarah), Gary (Kristen) and Megan (Eric). A 3rd generation of 15 great grandchildren will also likely hear some stories over the years about their great Nana.
