Our beloved mother has chosen to return to the earth. She will be cremated and a private family service will be held on December 12 in Eagle Pass at Our Lady of Refuge Cemetery. She will be placed with her husband.

Wonderful mother, wife, sister and grandmother. Refugio is survived by her 4 children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is now resting in eternal peace with her husband Eduardo Fuentes.
