Franca was the second child of Bruno and Estiva (Cavallini) Pedriali. From September to October in 1944 the Nazi Germans invaded the village and killed many Italian civilians. The father survived. Sadly Franca was killed along with her mother, grandmother, older brother Gabriele (5) and baby brother Luigi *no photograph remains*.
