Rimowa Links Up With Aimé Leon Dore For New Collaboration
RIMOWA has a deep history of collaboration. From jewelry brands to clothing brands and even large automakers, the German brand has teamed up with names like Tiffany & Co., Palace, Porsche and more. So to further this catalog the brand has now teamed up with the popular NYC imprint Aimé Leon Dore for a new collaboration.
By joining forces, the brands fuse the golden age of travel with their love for timeless, elevated designs. Comprising the collection is the RIMOWA x AIMÉ LEON DORE Chest and the RIMOWA x AIMÉ LEON DORE Cabin. The handcrafted, Germany-made pieces take on Aimé Leon Dore's signature green shade.
Inside the pieces, you'll find a bespoke resilient nylon lining that features a pattern of ancient Greek stamp iconography by the NYC brand. Other special details across the Chest and Cabin include gold-plated hardware, brown leather-made handles and straps and co-branded leather-covered logo badges with gold embossing. With the two pieces, RIMOWA and Aimé Leon Dore encapsulate the romantic elements of traveling while keeping a forward-facing lens.
