Pet Supermarket Appoints Todd Northcutt Senior Vice President Of Retail Store Operations

Northcutt is responsible for the stores, services and field organizations across the entirety of Pet Supermarket’s geographic markets. An Executive Leadership Team member, Northcutt reports directly to Pet Supermarket CEO Rich Tannenbaum.

Northcutt has decades of diverse and successful experience in district, regional and territory management within highly competitive environments, including specialty and omnichannel retail. His strategic vision and people-first leadership approach have catapulted sales and satisfaction, both among customers and employees, to remarkable levels in his previous roles.

There, he revitalized underperforming regions and consistently secured top rankings in key metrics such as year-over-year sales performance. Northcutt has similarly held executive positions at Circuit City and Bush Business Solutions, where he showcased his ability to lead large teams, drive sales and execute transformative strategic initiatives.

An advocate for work-life balance, Northcutt enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his wife, son, two daughters and granddaughter. He’s also a proud pet parent of a Miniature Golden Retriever named Izzy. When he’s not at work or spending time with his family, Northcutt can be found on the golf course or raving about his favorite baseball team, the Cincinnati Reds.
