I Need Help Finding An Old Book About Animal Behavior

About 3 years ago I found this book on a telegram channel about biology, the book described animal behaviors that were similar to humans, and had lots of illustrations. The book was definitely old, perhaps from the beginning of the 20th century. I'm almost sure the author wrote another similar book but about plants. Can anybody help me?? Sorry if this description seems too vague, I can help with what I remember.
