How Do I Reference Review Papers?

Hello, I am new to scientific writing and I am writing my first research proposal. I am a little confused about a citation I want to make. I want to reference a inference the authors made on a series of papers: "Studies that relate aquatic animal behaviors to ecosystem processes can help to determine how organisms respond and adapt to change with implications for resiliency to stressors, ability to compete, and evolution. Additionally, information about animal interactions collected using different harvest or sampling gears is important for population or stock assessments (Rose et al., 2005; Rakowitz et al., 2012; Handegard et al., 2017a; Kang et al., 2020; Smith et al., 2021a)." from https://academic.oup.com/icesjms/advance-article/doi/10.1093/icesjms/fsad182/7456026 . Basically I want to take this general statement and paraphrase it saying that relating animal behavior and ecological processes helps further understand how they adapt to stressors and how it is important for stock assessments. My question is can I take this information and cite it using the names of the people who wrote the study or do I also have to cite the original papers they made their inferences off of: (Rose et al., 2005; Rakowitz et al., 2012; Handegard et al., 2017a; Kang et al., 2020; Smith et al., 2021a)?
