Wife Stole Kids And Locked Them In Back Of Uhaul
Ok so we are looking for options and opinions on the matter for an in-law. It all started in Arizona. (M) let’s call John and (F) let’s call Olga are married have 3 kids (16) (10) (5). I will use their ages for reference. Now that we have that all figured out let’s head into the shit storm that has ensued shall we. Olga had fallen into meth and every stereotype associated to meth excluding her getting skinny is on par. Manipulative,hot headed,paranoid, all around piece of trash, it all applies. One day Olga goes on a meth bender and is out all night so John locks the door puts (5) and (10) to bed. About 5 am Olga is beating on the door and (16) didn’t realize the door was locked on purpose so she opens it. At which point Olga goes into rage mode and starts going after everyone. Eventually they get cops over to the house and then cps. Cops and cps don’t want any story other than Olga being in the right. They would not listen to John’s or (16) story. So John is put in handcuffs and booked with a slew of charges and told he can’t get bailed out till Olga reaches the safe house. Let’s also note she only took (5) and (10) and left (16). Fast forward a couple days John gets served with a no contact order for olga,(5), and(10). Fast forward few more days Olga gets tax return and decides to leave with her new fling to Arkansas. Since she doesn’t have a car because what the cops had her leave in was not hers or families the owner reported it stolen and was told that she would get in trouble for a false report she decided to rent a uhaul box truck. She loaded her and her fling into the front and stuffed (5) and (10) into the back in the box section. Few days later Olga gets pulled over in Arkansas and find kids in the box and meth in the truck she’s booked and has a 100k bond. Kids get put into cps and foster home. All charges dropped on John in Arizona including no contact. John tried talking to Arkansas cps and they will not hand over custody. They say they must stay in Arkansas and are looking for any family members to take them including long lost from Olga. What are the options for John to get custody?
