Was Fired From Work The Day After I Was Discharged From The Hospital

am a welder by trade and I just started a new job working with this small company of five employees including the boss 2 weeks prior to being admitted into the ER.
Wednesday November 5th I went to work an by the end of the day I began throwing up. I Continued throwing up until I was throwing up enough blood to get me to go to the ER.
I had plenty of tests done and was given plenty of fluids and antibiotics because my kidneys an body were having a hard time fighting the infection and was diagnosed with sepsis, this lasted until Sunday November 9th when I was discharged from the hospital.
I arrived to work today an gave my boss/foreman my discharge papers from the hospital just to ensure that I was actually where I said I was; all day I was sleepy and dragging ass at work at the end of the day my boss fired me for “sleeping at work”
Tldr: I was admitted to the hospital, discharged after 5 days, went to work following day after discharged than fired from work same day for being sleepy an tired at work.
