Unresponsive Law Clerk/court - Small Claims

I submitted a motion in small claims that got lost due to a change in judges. I am pro se. It went opposed and had to wait more time for a motion hearing. The judge granted the motion but issued the Order 2 weeks later for the wrong amount. I reached out to the judge’s law clerk who keeps telling me I need to wait for direction on how to get a new Order issued. Although I checked the motion and believe amounts were submitted correctly. I have a sinking feeling that the law clerk is too overwhelmed and is not interested in fixing the court error. It’s been 10 weeks since I filed the motion and looking for advice on how I should proceed to prompt a court response without pissing law clerk or judge off? Otherwise should I just shut up and wait my turn?
