Tiktok Accusing Me For Fake Orders And Banned My Account And Hold My Money Permanently

I am a small business seller registered with TikTok shop. 11 days ago, they banned my account and accusing me for having fake orders but all of them are real. I have evidence and they don't. Can they just do that (banned your account and hold your hard-earned money) based on assumptions? Is that legal?

Also customer support explicitly told me they "think" they are fake orders and this is just an assumption. They are not accepting my appeal and the evidence that I've provided. Please help, and I appreciate your responses!

I am really out of ideas, tiktok really messed my life up, I was so stressed and unable to sleep. I can't afford a lawyer but I really wanted to sue them for doing this to me. What are my options here? Small claims: I don’t have any of their information. I guess I need an individual name because I seen others who has the similar situation saying you can just put tiktok for small claims.

Customer support is useless, I get different excuses from different agents and they keep giving out false time frame of when they will respond but never responded.
