Threatened To Be Served Papers After Leaving A Bad Review

Not sure if this is the right flair or not so i apologize in advance. So i got my hair done at a salon earlier in the month and was unsatisfied with the results. I told the stylist that the red in my hair came out orange and she said my hair “took warm” which i thought made no sense, but i gave her the benefit of the doubt. She did a blowout on my hair and i didn’t like it, but i thought i could maybe go home and style it the way i do to see how i liked it then, so i paid and tipped and left. About an hour later, after washing and styling my hair, i still hated the look. It was nothing like my reference photos i had shown her and there was barely any color after spending almost 300$ and 6 hours in the salon. i texted her immediately and told her i was unhappy with the results. She was going to be out for the rest of the week and i had a trip coming (the whole reason for getting my hair done) so she told me she’d reach out to another stylist in the same salon and see if she could fix it for me. We get an appointment set up with her and everything is good. Then i get to the salon to have it fixed and end up getting charged by the second stylist as well. i texted the first stylist asking if she was going to give me atleast a partial refund then since i was having to get it fixed. She seemed surprised the other stylist was charging me, then told me she’d give me a partial refund once she was back in the salon. Then i didn’t hear from her for over two weeks. I texted and she finally gave me the owners number and told me to go to her. i explained the situation and was denied a refund. ive put in for a chargeback on the first appointment and left a negative review on the salons google page and facebook. i told friends about my experience and they decided to leave one star reviews on the google page as well, and now the owner has texted me saying her attorney will be serving me papers tomorrow ? ive never dealt with anything legal, so i was just wondering if any of this makes sense or is she just trying to scare me
