The Dealership Wants The Car Back After I Have Had It Almost A Month?
So I purchased a new 2023 Volkswagen I’d.4 4/10/2024. I just received a text message from the sales men saying “I’ve been told VW kicked back the deal. (Basically I’ll need to get the ID.4 back) ???? The reason for it was because when the deal went to funding there wasn’t a sufficient amount of income that they could verify. (Funding happens after you sign for the car and we send all the paperwork to the bank)”
We did all the paperwork, took my money and my trade in. I’ve been driving it daily ever since. What do I do?
Also to add it’s a lease and in the state of Texas
