Suspended Today After Having A Seizure Last Week- California

Kind of long, sorry.
I work at a huge hotel as a housekeeper for almost a month so far. It is union, but I doubt I have union protection currently. I was just suspended today for a seizure that I had last week. After the seizure incident, I submitted a complaint against the supervisor who had grabbed his penis at me and was “joking” about his so-called “pickle” along with some other things he did. He’s been here for more than 30 yrs though so his job is locked in.
When cleaning the bathroom last Sunday at work, I had a seizure & was incoherent for 2 hours. I didn’t know that it had been 2 hours. In my mind, it was maybe 30 mins? I just remember cleaning then using the bathroom and then walking out. This has happened twice before (but not at work) with these long time gaps where when I catch it after, I’ll look at the clock and not know what happened. I feel a little nauseous and tired after, but that’s it. No warning or sign if I don’t happen to look at the clock. It wasn’t until the 2nd time it happened in front of my mom that I learned I was having seizures. That was the 1st time someone witnessed it. I haven’t been diagnosed with epilepsy since they are few and far in between (about 3x in the last 2 years since it started) but I did have my drivers license suspended bc of it and there is medical documentation of it except they call it a “loss of consciousness” even though my eyes are open during.
My employer probably thinks I’m playing stupid, but I didn’t know so much time had passed + it had been a while since I last had a seizure. When she told me I had been in the bathroom from 5:20am to 7:13am, I didn’t know what to say. It’s already a scary thing for me and doctors just say it could be “stress”. I’ve already been to a neuro. HR said “it doesn’t matter that it was a seizure. You’re suspended” and just super rude in general. I marked that I have disabilities on my onboarding paperwork, but didn’t go into detail on each one. But now it Just so happens that I get suspended so late and after I made the complaint against the supervisor being in appropriate.
What do I do?? She won’t tell me exactly what to bring in that satisfies them aside from me already knowing I need a note from my doctor or maybe my medical chart? She just shrugs her shoulders when I ask, so clearly none of it makes a difference & she’s already made her mind up to fire me. They just have to wait 3 days per policy. After that 3 days is when they said I’ll know the status of my employment. It’s crazy to me especially considering there are workers that clean for 30 mins then sit in the cafeteria for literally 7.5 hours.
