Someone Is Trying To Sue Me For $225 Over A Pool I Sold On Facebook.
So I had a pool and I was selling it for $225 on Facebook, I bought it brand new out the box put it up, used it for a month but when I took it out the box it had a tiny hole, like so tiny it took me a while to ven see where it was coming from, I patched it up never had a leak or problem with it again, put it as sold bc I want a inground one instead. I sold it to this lady yesterday and she comes to gets it, pays me, and this morning she said there was tears in it, mind you they were dragging it around the house and outside on concrete, I told them they might want to pick it up. And they didn’t, kept dragging it, so now she’s texting me saying she’s gonna sue me for selling her a ripped pull etc etc. and it wasn’t rip when I took it down at 7am. So not sure what her problem is. She has mentioned she done this before (had to sue someone) if she wants to try to sue me can I sue her just to be petty???? , what can I do?
