School Stopped Replying After I Paid The Application Fee

We enrolled our child to a Montessori-style private school that required a $125 nonrefundable application fee prior to enrollment. We wanted to set up a tour, but my son got sick and I asked to reschedule. Nearly a month later and I have yet to hear back. I have tried calling and left a voicemail, and have left three emails. I’m not feeling very great about this place anymore. Do I have any grounds to ask for my money back? I know it’s nonrefundable but they also did not provide any service to me. Last date of contact from them was 1/27.
