Salon Owner Accused Me Of Damaging Her Property And Terminated My Contract[va]

I’m a booth renter at a nail salon. On April 1st, afterI paid booth rent, the salon owner emailed me a termination notice with no cause given. She said that she understood I paid booth rent for april so i would be allowed access to the space until the 30th to continue servicing my clients but that I would need to have the premises cleared of my personal belongings by may 1st. On April 28th she texted me demanding to know what time i would be done on the 30th because I need to hand the key to her directly which is not in our lease.

I didn’t respond so she emailed me the next day again demanding a time. Close of business is technically 8pm according to the lease agreement. So I told her that I would be done by close of business and leave the key on her desk. She didn’t accept this and went back and forth with me through email saying I had until 6pm on the 30th to get my stuff out, that she “wasn’t waiting around until 8pm” for me to finish, that I don’t have that much stuff to move any way, that I never cleaned before so I don’t need time to clean now, that she had the right to revoke my access to the salon on April 1 but gave me 30 days “as a courtesy”, demanded to know how I was going to pay for the damages to her property (that I didn’t cause) among other things.

Now I’m a very non confrontational person and I care about my career so I kept it professional as possible. The day came for me to leave(yesterday) I worked on my clients like normal, and left to get food with the intent to come back and start packing and cleaning my stuff and my workspace. While I was gone she moved all of my stuff to the back door without my permission (or got her husband to do it because he was there too). I came in and calmly continue moving my stuff out to my car. While I was waiting for my husband to pull up she came outside and demanded the key. I was alone and started feeling sick so I just gave her the key not wanting to cause a blow up. She then of course locked me out with some of my stuff still inside. after a few minutes her husband came out with a grocery bag that had a bunch of stuff that wasn’t mine, I took what belonged to me and left.

i realized after i left that I still have stuff in there. In her haste to kick me out (which was around 7pm so still within “business hours”) I didn’t even get to clean my station. I’m worried that she will definitely try to keep my security deposit to pay for “damages” that she didn’t even give me time to remedy. Is there anything I can do now or is it too late?

EDIT: sorry i forgot to mention the accusation of damage. At the end of March she randomly texted me saying that there was an invoice in the back that I needed to look at and that whatever the cost was on the invoice, I needed to include that in my April booth rent check. She claimed that while I was unplugging a light fixture one night, I knocked the grounding prong out of the plug (I didn’t) and that it would cost $125 to fix. I told her that I was not paying that as I wasn’t responsible for the damage (and at the time I just couldn’t afford it anyway). Three days later is when she sent me my contract termination notice.
