Roomate Probably Has Parasites, Malaria, Contagious Bacterial Disease And Never Informed Me About This. Is There Anything Legally I Could Do?

I live with a Roomate who has told me that his health isn’t too great, but never elaborated on exactly to what extent. I’ve been feeling rather sick lately and I decided to look at what medications he’s been taking. Turns out he’s on anti-malaria medication, anti-parasite medication, medication against a contagious bacterial disease, and various other medications.

This is rather shocking as I live in extremely close quarters to him and sleep in the same room. I’m concerned I might have gotten some of the numerous diseases he has. Is there anything legally I can do since he did not disclose that he has (probably multiple) contagious diseases.
