Neighborhood Harassment, Death Threats, Federal Agent Admits Surveillance On Camera — And Law Enforcement Threatens Me With A Psych Hold
Location: San Antonio, TX
For the past 18 months I have been subjected to coordinated neighborhood harassment that has escalated to physical assault, death threats against my family, and what I believe is organized surveillance.
Here is what has been documented:
**•** A neighbor who is a **federal ICE agent** physically assaulted me on June 10, 2026. SAPD responded and designated him the aggressor. The incident is on video. **•** That same ICE agent made **on-camera statements admitting he has been surveilling me** and explicitly threatened future harm multiple times. **•** Another neighbor made **death threats against my entire family**. When I reported this to SAPD they took the report but omitted the suspect information I provided. **•** Neighbors have been **following me on foot and in vehicles** along my daily routes for approximately 18 months. **•** When I called law enforcement for help, a responding officer **threatened me with a psychiatric hold** instead of taking my report seriously. I have filed complaints with ICE OPR, DHS OIG, DHS CRCL, the FBI, both Texas senators, and SAPD/BCSO Internal Affairs. I have an active criminal defense attorney handling retaliatory charges filed against me. I have video evidence including the on-camera admissions.
My legal question: What are my options for a civil rights lawsuit against a federal officer under Bivens, and does an on-camera admission of surveillance strengthen that claim?
