Neighbor Draining Their Water Into My Yard Without My Knowledge

TN I have a foundation issue in my home, and after all the assessments found out that we have a water issue under our house. We have drains , so this was surprising. We had a landscaping company come out and assess and found out that our neighbor had hidden drains from his yard draining directly under the fence and into our yard. 6 in corrugated pipes literally dumping out water under the fence directly into our grass. What are our legal options for having him pay for some of the water issues and damage to our home and yard?
