My Tips Are Deducted From My Paycheck.

I just started recently working a retail job at a small company in NYC. I make hourly wage, cash tips, and credit card tips. All tips are pooled at our place and I recently received my cash tips in the form of cash for $20 ahead of my paycheck and I am not sure what my credit card tips are.
My paystubs looks something like this:
Earnings | Taxes, deductions, and Adjustments |
---|---|
Reg wages = $w * hour = $1000 | Various taxes = $200 |
Tips (cash) = $65 | Tips (cash) (ded) = $65 |
Net pay = $800
My question is does my employer owe me $45 or $65 or am I lost in the sauce?
