My name is Eymbr Grace, I am a musician and author who has been established as a creator for nearly a decade. I have been using just Eymbr as my name for my music since 2017 but I never trademarked it. I was planning on using this name as my author name until I noticed that an ai based cyber security company that just started up has registered the name and now owns it. I have no idea what to do at this point as I have already been using this name on merchandise and music releases for years. I am not wealthy enough to afford a lawyer so I have little options before me. I am worried that I will be getting a cease and desist letter or call if I continue to use my own name for my brand and art. I have proof of my claim to the name given I have my discography of music running as far back as 2017 publicly available.
Any suggestions on what I should do or keep an eye on?
