My County (ny-usa) Posted My Birth Certificate Online...

The judge recently had a case overturned when he refused to seal a transgender person's record (as is allowed under my states laws, specifically a transgender protection). The family won the appeal.
My name change went thru the same judge and he denied my request to seal the record because I didn't explicitly state I was transgender in the application... despite me specifically requesting the protection. I wrote him a letter and waited about 3 weeks without hearing anything and decided to file the order anyways, without the record being sealed. I didn't want to wait anymore it had already taken almost 3 months to get this far. Also to fight the judges decision I'd have to retain a lawyer.
So the county clerk went ahead and published the entire record online and it had been up for 3 weeks before I noticed they made my birth certificate public. I called, and they immediately took it down while I was on the phone with them.
This is in NY.
I'm pretty upset but realistically how many people saw it, you know? I wanted to see what everyone here thinks how pissed should I be y'all? Lawyer time?
Edit: a word
Edit#2: yes I'm transgender I thought my order was obvious enough with going from male name to female name...and invoking the specific protection under the law.
Edit#3: for clarity.. they (the county) posted the entire birth certificate. I was fine with them posting the order...which is what I expected to happen. They posted my entire birth certificate online, in public, including the SSNs of both my parents, details of my birth... etc. Accessible to anyone with an internet connection.
