Is It Legal For A Church Group To Proselytize To Public School Staff During Work Hours, On Campus?

Hi y’all, I work in a Texas public school and it’s my first year here so not sure if this falls within state and federal legal guidelines but: we’ve had a local Baptist church group leaving cookies, candy, and flyers in every staff member’s work mailbox for 9 months now. I figured that was fine (and honestly, enjoyed the treats), but last week, they provided an entire luncheon to staff members during school hours. Again, nothing wrong with this, except several people from the church were on campus all day, AND actively proselytizing and trying to recruit staff members to come to their church throughout the day. I feel like, in a federally funded public school setting where I’m required to be for work, this crosses some type of separation of church/state line— but, I’m definitely in the minority of my colleagues in being bothered by this, as they are mostly religious, and I am not. We have quite a few families who follow non-Christian religions, so it makes me especially wary of the presence of some religious interests but not others. What do y’all think?
