I Was Filmed Having Sex Without My Consent
I had a one night stand with a guy about a year ago. The experience was really negative, so I kicked him out, blocked his number and didn’t think about it again until today. I was scrolling through my phone when I found a video of him recording us having sex on my phone. I had no idea he was filming me in the moment, and I didn’t see the camera when it happened. The video ended with him grabbing his phone, so I have reasonable suspicion that he also recorded this on his phone. Is there anything legally I can do about this? I’m terrified that he may have recorded a video on his phone and that they could be circulating around.
