Hotel Took My Money, Won't Let Me Stay

I made an online reservation for a resort. They charged me for the room. When I got to the hotel, I was told I couldn't check in because I was under 21 (even though they took my money). They told me to call on Monday to speak with an accountant. The people at the front desk were very rude and condescending. The problem is, I ship out to the Army on Monday (the reservation was for Friday-Sunday) so I wouldn't be able to deal with this for another few months at least. I had to go stay at a shitty motel instead. I'm down nearly a thousand bucks. Looking at their terms and conditions page online, there is nothing saying I had to be 21+! What do I do? Edit: just to clarify, i am not currently in the military but i will be in 3 days
