Healthcare Worker Facetiming
Last night I had to go to the women’s ER. I am 9 months pregnant so therefore you’re naked from the waist down with a sheet covering you. I just came back from the bathroom when a healthcare worker came in my room so I covered up quickly with the sheet. She’s taking information from me for intake like name, address, dob, insurance and I signed forms. I realized she’s FaceTiming someone with her phone in her pocket and I can hear them. I was so uncomfortable and didn’t feel like I could speak up. I plan on calling patient relations to formally complain I feel so violated when I was already in an extremely vulnerable situation. Idk what to do.
